Please, go to the “Paid Plugins” section, click the “Restore Purchases” button. In the settings of your device (smartphone / tablet), the Google account for which purchases were made should be the first in the list (if there are several accounts) or the only one.
At the same time, the device must have an Internet connection. Android requests data from Google services.
iOS

Attention! Please note that plugins can be restored only through the application store from which the application was installed (for example, plugins purchased in an application installed from Google Play cannot be restored in an application installed from the App Store / AppGallery and vice versa).
