- Is there the diagnostic plugin for your car in the app?
Yes: Please, see next item (No. 2)
No: Please, connect to the car, read the DTC fault codes and send us the logs from the application. - Are you connecting using manufacturer protocols (using a diagnostic plugin)?
Yes: If there is a malfunction in the engine control system.
Please, connect to the car via OBDII / EOBD protocols (if possible). To do this, select “OBDII / EOBD” in the “Connect to ECU” menu, connect to the car, read the DTC fault codes and send us the logs from the application.
If there is a malfunction in any system other than the engine management system.Connect to the car, read the DTC fault codes and send us the logs from the application.
No: If the plugin is purchased.Connect to the car using the manufacturer’s protocols (if possible). To do this, in the “Connect to ECU” menu, select the protocol corresponding to the brand of your car, connect to the car, read the DTC fault codes and send us the logs from the application.
