1. Is there the diagnostic plugin for your car in the app?
   Yes: Please, see item No. 2
   No: Please, connect to the car, read the live data (if possible) and send us the logs from the application.
   
   
2. Are you connecting using manufacturer protocols (using a diagnostic plugin)?
   Yes: If the live data on the engine control system are not read.
   Connect to the car via OBDII / EOBD protocols (if possible). To do this, select “OBDII / EOBD” in the “Connect to ECU” menu, connect to the car, read the live data (if possible) and send us the logs from the application.
   
   No: Please, connect to the car using the manufacturer’s protocols (if possible). To do this, in the “Connect to ECU” menu, select the protocol corresponding to the brand of your car, connect to the car, read the live data (if possible) and send us the logs from the application.
