The purchased plugins stopped working (purchases are not restored)

  1. Have you tried to restore purchases (menu “Paid plugins” button “Restore purchases”)?
    Yes: Please, see next item.
    No: Please, see “How to restore purchases
  2. Did you have Internet access, when you were restoring purchases on a mobile device (smartphone, tablet)?
    Yes: Please, see next item (No. 3)
    No: Please, turn on Internet access and try restoring purchases again.
  3. What is the operating system of your device (smartphone, tablet)?
    Android: Please, see next item (No. 4)
    iOS: Please, send email to elm@motordata.net with a detailed description of your problem.
  4. Do you use the same Google account on your mobile device (smartphone, tablet) from which the purchase has been made?
    Yes: Please, see next item (No. 5)
    No: Please, go to the settings of your mobile device (smartphone, tablet) in the “Accounts” – “Google” menu (menu items may differ depending on the interface). Please. add the Google account to which the purchase was made and move it up (it should be the first or the only one). You can only move an account up by temporarily deleting all higher-level accounts. Please, try to restore purchases.
  5. How many Google accounts are used on a mobile device (smartphone, tablet)?
    One: Please, see next item (No.6)
    Several: Please, go to the settings of your mobile device (smartphone, tablet) in the “Accounts” – “Google” menu (menu items may differ depending on the interface). Please. add the Google account to which the purchase was made and move it up (it should be the first or the only one). You can only move an account up by temporarily deleting all higher-level accounts. Please, try tto restore purchases.
  6. Was the email address associated with the Goggle account for the purchase changed?
    Yes: Please, change your Google Account email address to the one you used to purchase. Please, try to restore purchases.
    No: Please, see next item (No. 7)
  7. Please, uninstall the app, reinstall it and try restoring purchases again.
  8. The problem is not solved:
    Please, send us the transaction number of the plugin purchased from us, it looks like this: GPA.1338-6051-3929-21538, is in a letter from Google, in the mail associated with the account under which the purchase was made.

    If the letter isn’t stored on your device:
    Please, go to payments.google.com (log in with the account from which the purchase was made).
    Select Actions.
    Select an order to open a receipt.
    Send us the transaction number of the plugin you purchased from us.
